Editor's Corner

Hi, my name is Cale (K4HCK) and I'm the editor of Amateur Radio Weekly.

The most-clicked link from last week's newsletter was N1JUR's article about completing your first POTA activation along with a guide to help keep the equipment list light. A handful of years ago a POTA related link would rarely collect very many clicks, but with the explosive growth of that program, the interest level is higher than ever.

Tom (KJ7T), the publisher of Random Wire and EtherHam shared more than a few kind words about me and my Ham Radio adventures in the latest issue of his newsletter and that absolutely made my day! Thank you, Tom! Keep an eye on this space for more words about Tom and his projects.

Hamvention is next weekend which means this newsletter is packed with Hamvention related links. I'll be making the trip to Dayton and you can find me hanging around booth 1506. Please stop by and say hello.

Don't forget about the Fediverse meet-up at Hamvention.

Thanks to Zero Retries and DLARC for allowing the use of their booth as a rendezvous point.
