Spring Forward Into Wellness

The Spring Forward Wellness Challenge kicks off in April and goes through May 8! UT Austin employees will compete alongside employees at 13 other universities to see who can log the most steps. Register on the UT Living Well platform, form a team of three to five colleagues, and work toward 1 million combined steps over six weeks. Track activity and stay motivated with walks, museum visits, yoga, and other wellness events, including a Wellness Walk on April 8.
