This past Sunday’s Epiphany Party and Chili Cook-off was a wonderful time of fellowship and amazing food. A hearty thank you to all the volunteers who made it happen. “When they saw the Star, they were filled with joy!” See more photos on our Facebook page.

How much trash is produced by 200 people eating dinner and tasting chili? Well, at St. B's, it turns out, it's not that much. Thanks to the guidance and leadership of the Creation Care team, only one small trashcan's worth of waste was destined for the dump. Everything else at the Epiphany Party was recycled, composted or reusable.

O God, by the leading of a star you manifested your only Son to the Peoples of the earth: Lead us, who know you now by faith, to your presence, where we may see your glory face to face; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen. |
