As a supervisor, your leadership plays an important role in shaping employee engagement at Colorado College. Engaged employees are 69% less likely to experience burnout and 69% more likely to be thriving in life, according to Gallup. The Supervisor Experience helps CC supervisors build practical leadership skills that foster a more engaged team environment, strengthen performance, and improve the employee experience.
Across four in-person sessions, participants will learn how to:

- Set clear expectations and create a more engaging team environment
- Use coaching and feedback to support growth and performance
- Navigate change while keeping employees engaged

Address conflict and create the psychological safety teams need to thrive
|

Have formal supervisory responsibility for at least one employee
- Have completed the Leadership Foundations eLearning journey by noon on Monday, Oct. 12
-
Must complete the program application by Monday, Oct. 12
- Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
