ROLLS OUT VELVETY LOVE SONG
EASY LOVE
A Late-night Slow Burn With Depth & Sophistication
Twenty-first Studio Recording
LISTEN
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Pennsylvania-based, raucous and rowdy indie southern rock band, Six Gun Sally, has released its new single, and 21st studio recording, titled “Easy Love.”* A collaboration of talents, the song (OUT NOW) was written by Six Gun Sally lead singer, Aimee Jane Williams, band leader and drummer, Dave Barbe and Jeff “Ford” Thurston, and offers a glimpse of what’s to come in 2026 from this most exciting and innovative supergroup.

Expressive of the title, "Easy Love" is a naturally passionate love story. Produced by Jeff “Ford” Thurston (who has co-produced a number of the band’s studio recordings) alongside Dave Barbe, the smooth, emotionally evocative track blends modern country, southern rock, R&B, and pop influences. The hypnotic pulse of the melody and polished production create an intimate, swoon-worthy listening experience.

"The song captures the essence of serenity and strength in a relationship that's built to last. It's about two people feeling at home in a healthy relationship that allows for freedom in both independence and togetherness.  …a true, uncomplicated connection," Aimee Jane Williams said.

The recording features performances by the seven-piece band spotlighting Williams on lead vocals and the seasoned musicianship of Allen Granus (lead guitar), Jeff Yeckel (lead and rhythm guitar), Dan Rach (keys), Stan Brusoski (bass), Billy G (percussion) and Dave Barbe on drums.

Velvety instrumentation intertwines a warm, swinging rhythmic vibe with lyrics of effortless love. Minimal yet expressive guitars add both anchor and color, filling the sound with warmth. The mid-tempo groove sets the perfect backdrop for Williams' sultry delivery, while fluid reverb-washed phrasing and tasteful chord voicing lend a breezy elegance to complement the vulnerable but confident vocals. Each guitar strum and vocal phrase feels intentional and resonant. The composition is a late-night slow burn, rich with depth and sophistication.

The October release coincides with the momentum of the band's stout 2025 tour schedule. Performing at festivals, arenas, amphitheaters and biker rallies across the country, Six Gun Sally has shared the stage with Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, Marshall Tucker Band, Artimus Pyle Band and Blackfoot.
