As you navigate the college experience, Alcohol & Other Drugs Services (AOD) is here to educate you on substance use while supporting your mental health and well-being. AOD provides confidential counseling, educational resources, and support for students managing substance use. Find AOD in room 206 of the Student Services Building.
AOD also offers recovery meetings such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Adult Children of Alcoholic/Addicted or Otherwise Unhealthy Family Systems (ACA), and SMART Recovery. These groups meet on different days to suit your schedule and provide a strong, supportive community for students seeking help.

Creating habits like going for a walk, doing something creative, or getting outside for a little bit each day can go a long way in keeping your stress levels down so you can reach your academic and personal goals.
