Mid-Season Corn & Soybean Disease Update - New Corn Fungicide ROI Calculator
Tar spot is here affecting corn fields in Wisconsin and the weather has been right for White Mold to show up in soybeans. It is necessary to begin scouting for these diseases in much of Wisconsin, and a well timed fungicide application might be necessary. With current grain prices, it may not be profitable to use fungicides in all situations, so check out the NEW Corn Fungicide ROI Calculator put together by the Crop Protection Network to determine if it makes sense in your situation. If you DO find tar spot in your fields, please let us know so we can enter that county level data into the Corn IPM map.

Guidelines for Management after Wheat Harvest

Survey: Pollinator Friendly Management on Dairy Farms
Pollinator Partnership is conducting a survey to understand the challenges, barriers and opportunities to use pollinator-friendly management practices or include pollinator habitat on dairy farms in the United States. Responses will be used to better support dairy farmers with resources and assistance in using conservation practices to further their goals.
