Rifi (RJ) Jeanniton
Rifi Jeanniton is a fleet sales analyst with Southeast Toyota Distributors, part of JM Family Enterprises, where he oversees vehicle ordering systems and fleet operations from production through delivery, supporting dealerships, Toyota and fleet accounts nationwide. His work transforms complex reporting into strategic decisions that keep operations running efficiently.
His career has included roles in telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and office space before joining JM Family, reflecting a consistent interest in data, analytics and servant leadership.
Jeanniton holds an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Big Data Analytics from Florida Atlantic University, along with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. He is also pursuing two additional graduate degrees at FAU: a Master of Science in Business Analytics and a professional Master of Science in Computer Science, further sharpening his expertise at the intersection of business and technology.

Michael Walsh
Michael Walsh is a fantasy and science fiction author and marketing communications professional based in Tallahassee, Florida. A two-time Florida State alumnus, Walsh remained at FSU after earning his bachelor's in digital media production to support the university’s marketing efforts. He later earned a master's degree in integrated marketing communication.
A graduate of the UCLA screenwriting program, Walsh has also written and published three novels and a children’s picture book. He regularly hosts workshops and coaching sessions with aspiring writers in Tallahassee, and can often be found at Black Dog Cafe working on his next book.

Sarah DeBellis
Sarah DeBellis is the founder of Socials with Sarah, a boutique marketing agency that helps organizations strengthen their brands through strategic marketing, thoughtful communications and digital experiences that drive business results. With experience spanning corporate communications, marketing, hospitality and business development, she brings a blend of strategy, creativity and operational insight to every client engagement.
Sarah earned her bachelor's degree from Florida State University's Dedman College of Hospitality, where she held several student leadership positions and was active in organizations including CMAA, Garnet and Gold Key Leadership Honorary, FSU's Panhellenic Association and the Garnet and Gold Scholar Society. She later earned a master's degree in communication management from the University of North Florida.
In addition to leading Socials with Sarah, she is active in the Northeast Florida business community. She serves on the JAX Chamber Board of Directors, is Chair of NextUp JAX and is a member of the Northeast Florida Builders Association's (NEFBA) Emerging Leaders Steering Committee. Through these leadership roles, she works to advance economic development and investi in the next generation of leaders.
