Annual Enrollment 2026: What’s New + Key Dates |
Annual Enrollment runs July 15–31, and all benefits-eligible employees should review their coverage and make any updates in My UT Benefits for the new plan year beginning September 1. If you’ll be away from campus this summer, be sure to plan ahead. Consider setting a calendar reminder so you don’t miss your opportunity to make changes.
What’s new this year:
New voluntary benefits options, including pet insurance, a legal plan, and additional coverage for critical illness, accidents, and hospital stays. Employees may download the 2026 Annual Enrollment Calendar to plan ahead and remind them of key dates and helpful details. Stay tuned for upcoming communications between now and July 15.

This update also lightens the administrative load for HR contacts across campus by reducing the need for manual processing.
