WT Davidson has written songs in which Crystal Gayle, Millie Jackson, and Ray Charles recorded "They Call It Love" in 1984.

AC Oeser, one of our WPC members, is at this year's General Assembly in Salt Lake City serving as a Young Adult Advisory Delegate (YAAD). She is keeping us up-to-date on the happenings.
Below is her take on days one through three...

Hello from Salt Lake City! We are all settling back into the convention center for day 2 of our in-person plenary meetings, but here are some photos from yesterday. On Sunday we had opportunities to worship with local congregations, explore the city, and meet our fellow commissioners and delegates! We began our meetings by electing our new co-moderators who will serve us not only this week but for the next two years as well. Each room we enter is full of so much joy and love, so I have great hope for all of the work we will accomplish this week and beyond!
Peace, AC

Hello from days 2 and 3 of the General Assembly!
The past couple of days have included more plenary sessions as we try to discern the will of God as an assembly, worship services with incredible preachers and music, and plenty of fun in between! I've been able to reconnect with former WPC member Katherine Smith, meet fellow delegates and commissioners, and learn so much about the denomination we love so greatly. Send prayers for the final few days of discernment and meetings as the assembly works to wrap up!
