Hey Friends,

Here are some dates to put on your calendar!

NaCoMe all church camp is April 5 and 6.

Skip a game and come join us for a wonderful weekend outside playing in the creek and getting to know each other better. Duck race, smores, campfire and so much fun!!

It will be an opportunity to be off our screens and present to each other. It is relaxing and life giving to be together.

Easter Egg Hunt - Saturday April 12 at 10 am

Arrive at 10 AM. The Hunt begins promptly at 10:15.

2 year olds - 4th grade join us for a wonderful time of hunting eggs and playing together. We will provide bags to gather eggs, you will NOT need baskets.

Refreshments and time to play after the hunt will be fun.

Faith Works - Saturday May 3 - 8:30 am to lunch.

Childcare is provided for little ones and opportunities for children and parents to work together are all a part of a fabulous morning.

 

Palm Sunday, April 13

The children's choirs sing at the 11:00 service.

Children of all ages may process in with palms at either the 8:30 or 11:00 service.. If you would like your child to participate, have them come to the narthex, the back of the church. Jaleen will be there with palms. She will cue the children when to go in. The children will put their palms in baskets at the front of the sanctuary, and then either come sit with you or younger children may go to childcare.

We would appreciate help moving little ones from the sanctuary to childcare.

Easter Sunday, April 20

3 Worship services, NO Sunday School

7:30, 9:15 and 11:00 worship

All services do have childcare for little ones.

Please bring a flower for the cross out front.

 

This past week we put together bags for elementary children to have school supplies in the summer to do some things at home. The children put together just over 100 bags.

We also put together baggies with laundry pods and dryer sheets for families to have inexpensive ways to do laundry.

We talked a good bit about sometimes we all need help. As people of faith we ask for help when we need it and we give help when we can. We show up for each other.

The children did a great job of showing up for children and families in our community.

June 2-8

Music Camp

Registrations for Summer Music Camp are open! Rising 1st-6th graders are welcome to participate in the Staged Musical Play June 2-8, 2025. Throughout the week they work on singing, speaking lines, staging with costumes, choreography, arts & crafts, and Bible stories with a performance at the end. The registration link and more information can be found on the church website, with registrations open until February 1. 

All children that would like a solo singing and/or speaking role must attend the Music Camp Audition Rehearsals (Sundays 4:00-4:50 p.m.): April 27, May 4, May 11 and May 18.
