Managing Your Voluntary Retirement Savings Just Got Easier.

CC has added some enhancements to the Colorado College Voluntary Retirement Plan to give you more flexibility when contributing to your voluntary retirement account. As a reminder, you cannot make changes to your mandatory plan. For details on CC’s retirement plans, please reference the 2026 Benefits Guide.

The following enhancements went into effect on Oct. 24:

Online salary deferral: Visit tiaa.org/coloradocollege to log in to your TIAA account to enroll or make changes to your voluntary contribution amount or percentage at any time. This process will no longer be completed through a paper form with Human Resources.

Self-directed automatic increases: You can now set up self-directed automatic increases for your contributions to help build your savings faster. Visit tiaa.org/coloradocollege, where you can select the amount of the increase, the frequency, and when to start and stop.

TIAA is Here to Help
