Cookie Bingo for Girl Scouts |
Cookie Bingo is here, just in time to make the final stretch of the cookie season more fun! Share our Cookie Bingo Card with your Troop or Juliette. Complete fun challenges while they wrap up their sales season. Check off the squares and have their caregiver snap a photo of the completed card. Then, scan the QR code in the center space to submit their entry by April 15. All Girl Scouts that submit their Bingo card will be entered into our drawing to win an Owala Water Bottle for themselves and another for a friend. Winners will be announced in The Cookie Press the week of May 1.

Weekly Winners: Cookie Seller Spotlight & Cookie Spirit Awards |
This week’s Cookie Seller Spotlight Winners are:
Daisy/Brownie/Junior Winner: Daisy Troop 27514 (pictured: Reese D., Penelope P., Nora M., and Nora S.)
Daisy Troop 27514 prepared for their first ever cookie booth by having a meet-up to create signs and talk about their favorite cookies to eat. They spent several meetings working on cookie-selling information, learning about different types of money, and practicing counting and making change. The girls also went over each cookie type and practiced saying what they liked about each flavor. Perfecting their sales pitch with each other was tons of fun too! They put in lots of hard work to be prepared for selling. At their Booth, they helped set up the table with all the cookie varieties and took turns wearing a fun cookie costume to help draw customers in. Their enthusiastic personalities and smiling faces helped sell 55 boxes in two hours! Way to go, Troop 27514!
|
Cadette/Senior/Ambassador Winner: Senior Troop 57589 (pictured: Felix R.)
Felix offers cookies to everyone, keeps a positive attitude no matter what the response, and thanks customers for supporting Girl Scouts if they say they've already purchased cookies from another troop. As the only one currently selling in our troop, Felix tries to support troops before and after our booths when possible.
Each year, the troop highlight is donating to Gillette Children's Hospital over St. Patrick's Day weekend. After today’s booth, Felix has collected 225 packages for donation! Some proceeds go toward making tie blankets for the kids at Gillette, and the annual cookie and blanket drop-off is Felix’s favorite part of the season
With 11 years of cookie sales experience, Felix has gained confidence, responsibility, money management, and communication skills. Selling cookies has also taught valuable lessons in goal setting and perseverance, especially during slower sales periods.
|
Girl Scouts in the winning troops receive the 2025 Cookie Seller Spotlight patch. All weekly winners are eligible for Cookie Seller Spotlight of the Year and the grand prize, a Dave & Buster's Experience for their troop. Submit your troop or Girl Scout's story today.

This week’s Cookie Spirit Award Winners are:
Kayla Lande - Kayla brings such incredible organization, enthusiasm and community around Cookie season. Our elementary school has troops in each grade, and she organized a booth at our upcoming conferences/book fair and coordinated for each grade to have slots. She defines community. We are lucky to be in hers!
Becca Bender - Becca is always willing to drop what she is doing to help the girls sell and making sure they have everything they need. She wants each girl to have fun selling and is willing to help get them figure out how to get them to their goals. Besides being the trip leader and cookie manager for our troop she also helps mentor new troops in the area during cookie season. We are very thankful for having Becca!
Kayla and Becca will receive a Cookies On the Go prize pack. Nominate a cookie volunteer for consideration today. All submissions will carry over each week.

Supporting Troops with Smart Cookies Wrap Up & Cookie Donations |
Troops will soon be turning to you for support in wrapping up sales in Smart Cookies. Schedule virtual or in-person “office-hours” now and promote to troops that may need your troubleshooting assistance. New Troops will especially appreciate your assistance to support in finalizing transfers, selecting rewards, and reconciling financials.
As troops reconcile their cookie donations, direct them to our donations resources in the Online Cookie Systems Guide in Cookie Central. We have step-by-step instructions to help troops track their Virtual Cookie Share (Council inventory) and Tracked Cookie Share (Troop inventory) donations. Review the Managing Cookie Donations Tip Sheet for a chart that lists all donation types and their Cookie Share donation inventory options.
