Faculty, Fellows, and Residents:
ACCME and the VUMC Office of Continuing Medical Education require all speakers to complete a disclosure form online before presenting at VUMC CME/CE accredited sessions (EX: Grand Rounds, MM&I, Symposium, other accredited presentations). Once the disclosure is completed and approved, it is valid for 24 months, whenever you present for a VUMC accredited CME/CE session. New ACCME regulations require disclosures to be submitted a minimum of 20 days prior to presentations. If a presentation review is required, the presentation must be submitted via Cloud CME at least 10 business days prior to the activity. Please take a moment now to complete your disclosure online to keep us in compliance.
