Overnight Closure of Sheridan Boulevard
During the week of February 1, crews will install waterlines for the Semper Gardens development along Sheridan Boulevard. During this time, Sheridan Boulevard will be closed in both directions from W. 98th Avenue to W. 104th Avenue from 7 pm to 6 am daily.
Local traffic will be available for:
- Waverly Acres and Hyland Meadows via W. 100th Avenue
- Hyland Greens via W. 98th Avenue
- Sunrise of Westminster via Sheridan Boulevard from W. 104th Avenue
There will be a detour for all other traffic via W. 98th Avenue, Westminster Boulevard, and W. 104th Avenue.
Water service to nearby homes and businesses is not expected to be impacted by this construction. Thank you for your patience as crews work to complete this project as quickly and safely as possible.
