WIN Employee Celebrating July Anniversary
Congratulations to Zach Badding on 1 year with WIN on July 19th! Zach is a very valuable part of our cellular team. If you see him, be sure to wish him well. Here's to many more years, Zach!  
We brought our Virtual Reality Experience to the Mills County Fair again this year. Participants were able to ride along on a fiber plow installing fiber optics in one of our serving areas. We also sponsored the Motocross Racing again this year. It was great to see a lot of familiar faces and meet some new ones! 
As construction is about to begin on our brand new fiber optic network in and around Treynor, we held a sign up event at the Treynor Community Center and were also able to be a part of the weekly Farmers Market! The event was very well attended. We would like to thank everyone for their kindness and hospitality. It was great meeting everyone. 
We were privileged to sponsor a Carroll Merchants game again this year on July 13th. We want to thank everyone who came out to the game and who stopped by our booth. Congratulations to Lois Heuton who won our $50 gift certificate. 
The Class 1A and 2A State Baseball Tournament is being held in Carroll again this year and WIN is happy to provide connectivity for the Iowa High School Sports Network at the stadium again this year. WIN Digital TV subscribers can catch the action from Carroll, as well as Class 3A and 4A from Iowa City, on channel 342. 
It was a beautiful cool day...then it rained...then it was warm and humid...well, it was a typical Iowa day on the golf course this past Friday as we were a sponsor of the 2023 Carroll Chamber Golf Outing. We had freebies and prizes available and our grand prize winner was Lacie Tedrow! Lacie won a $100 WIN gift certificate! Congratulations, Lacie! 
The weather was beautiful for the 2023 Carroll County Fair. Congratulations to all of the 4H and FFA participants this year! WIN is a sponsor of the Figure 8 Races at the fairgrounds again this year. We were proud to be a part of this great event. |
