Online Hourly Time Reporting, Coming August 2023
Campus will transition to a new online timesheet process - beginning August 2, 2023 - and will stop collecting paper timesheets for hourly employees.
Beginning August 2, 2023--the first day of the August pay period--the following mid-month paid employees (MMPEs) will enter their hours worked online:
- Student Assistants
- Work-Study Student Assistants
- Instructional Student Assistants (Unit 11)*
- Casual Workers
- Hourly Intermittent Employees
- Employees reporting shift differential*
- Employees reporting overtime*
*Pending meet and confer process with applicable unions.
Advantages of this new system include:
- Online: Employees submit hours worked, and authorized approvers view/approve remotely.
- Pre-populated: Pay period dates and employee data display in the online timesheet.
- Streamlined: Simplified approval process.
- Transparent: Employees/Approvers can view hours submitted for pay
- Familiar: Same system as “Report Absences” and “Absence Management”.
Supervisors will approve hours worked in the same system where MMPEs enter their time.
