The rewards distributed through our Communities are expected to arrive to your Community Product Leader between May 28-29. For additional information read this email for details. Your Community Product Leader will reach out with pick up details. Before then, you can:

- Log into Smart Cookies, go to Reports>Current> Recognition Order Summary by Troop and print a copy of this report to verify the counts of each item.

Print a copy of the Recognition Order Summary by Girl Report to pack/sort items for each Girl Scout.
- Connect with families to distribute rewards. Verify the items with the family to ensure everyone receives their correct rewards.

Reports to Save from Smart Cookies & Digital Cookie |
Download and save these Smart Cookies reports before the end of July. Access to Smart Cookies will end on July 31 and won’t be available again until December. Reports to save include:

Fall FUNDraiser Begins September 20 |
2026 brings exciting changes to the Fall FUNDraiser, making it even easier and more rewarding! Here's a preview:

New mascot & theme: Get ready to explore with the kangaroo
- Earn more troop proceeds, plus the opt-out option for Seniors & Ambassadors returns
- Get a bonus cookie booth timeslot in our Bonus Cookie Booth lottery before the traditional booth lottery runs
- Weekly drawings for both troops and Girl Scouts

PLUS, all girl-delivered snack items and rewards will ship directly to participating troops. That's right! It will all be delivered straight to your doorstep in mid-November.

Product Program Advisory Committee Applications Open Through June 12 |
Have a passion for Cookies and the Fall FUNDraiser? If you thrive on continuous improvement, can advocate for all members throughout our council-jurisdiction, and want to connect with other dedicated volunteers, then this is for you! Applications are open for the Product Program Advisory Committee and will be reviewed this summer. Term starts in October. More information can be found on our requirements when you start the application:

The Cookie Program survey closes soon. If you haven't already, complete the survey by May 31.

Report Reward Issues by June 16 |
Please review the items in your Community reward shipments and compare them to the packing slips to ensure accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, report them using our Cookie Rewards Issues Form. We’ll work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
📢 Important: Issues must be submitted by June 16. We cannot guarantee item availability for reports received after that date.

Don’t forget to download your Community (Service Unit) reports from Smart Cookies before the end of July. We anticipate Smart Cookies will close for the season on July 30. Save the following reports:
