Hower House Museum Will Be Closed to the Public Sunday October 22 - Thursday November 9th to set up for the Holiday!

October, November, December- Calling All Volunteers!

We are still in need of volunteers on Fridays and Saturdays in October to help in the House, Carriage House, and Cellar Door Boutique. Then once the Museum opens for "Holiday In Bloom" in November we will also be adding Sunday hours. Please email dmm47@uakron.edu or call 330.972.6909 if you are interested. The volunteer shift is from 11:45p - 3:30p (at the latest) on Friday and Saturday and 12:45p-4:30p on Sundays. This is a great opportunity for high school and college students in need of volunteer hours. The tours are self guided and we are in need of monitors. There are also opportunities to help in the Cellar Door Boutique!
