Orange County Cooperative Extensions’s Food Security Program now has a comprehensive list of food pantries and food distributions throughout Orange County available online. This list will be updated regularly as we continue to add more resources. If you or your family are facing food insecurity or you know someone who is, please check out this list and connect with food resources in your community.

Spring is here and we know you'd like to preserve the bounty of the season with time-tested canning techniques, ensuring delicious, shelf-stable goods all year round. Join us at Piedmont Feed & Garden Center, Saturday, April 26, at 10 a.m. for a class about jams and jellies.

Kitten season is approaching and Orange County Animal Services needs your help to prepare for all the adorable little felines that will be arriving at the shelter.

Consider donating items like canned and dry kitten food, milk replacer, toys, blankets, heating pads, bottle feeding supplies, etc.
