It’s benefits time! During the Open Enrollment period you can enroll, change, or cancel CalPERS health, dental, vision, Flex cash, Dependent Care Reimbursement (DCRA), Health Care Reimbursement (HCRA) or voluntary benefits plans. The
2024 Health Premium Rate Chart is now available.
BENEFITS FAIR
An on-campus Benefits Fair will be held on Tuesday, October 3, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the University Union – Redwood Room. Representatives from the CSU benefits programs will be available to answer your questions and provide information regarding their plans for 2024. Employees who require a reasonable accommodation to participate in this event should notify the Benefits Office at
benefits@csus.edu at least 5 business days prior to the event.
VIRTUAL CAMPUS BENEFITS FAIR
In addition to the benefits information for Open Enrollment on
calstate.edu/openenrollment, a systemwide virtual benefits fair is being offered for all CSU employees. During the fair, you’ll be able to speak with the benefit plan carriers and your campus Human Resources team. Our virtual fair will be held on Thursday, September 28, from 11 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Zoom Events.
Registration is required to attend.
ANNUAL BENEFITS INFORMATION & ENROLLMENT
The effective date for selections made during the Open Enrollment period will be January 1, 2024. If you don’t want to make any changes to your benefits, no action is required. Your current elections will automatically continue, however, if you want to enroll or continue participating in the Health Care or Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, you must enroll/re-enroll every year.

CalPERS website. CalPERS Heath Plan Statements are available through your personalized
my|CalPERS account. It will also provide you with direct access to all CalPERS Open Enrollment information as well as all changes that are pertinent to you. These resources are available 24/7.
