Great IDEAS for Supporting ALL Students’ Success

In recent newsletters, the Martha Bradley Evans Center for Teaching Excellence has released optional self-paced courses for faculty who are interested in digging deeper into important topics in pedagogy, like AI or Accessibility. This week, we’re proud to introduce the IDEAS Toolbox, a comprehensive pedagogy resource dedicated to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Anti-Racism, and Sense of Belonging (IDEAS, adapted from Dr. Kim Case ). Developed with a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments, this toolbox is designed to empower faculty members and staff like you to champion IDEAS principles in interaction with students. As you engage with the content, you'll build a strong foundation in IDEAS, exploring accessible concepts that are crucial for creating a more equitable educational experience. Explore 10 categories covering aspects like racial equity, supporting LGBTQIA2S+ students, and more. Supplementary materials, including an Introduction to AI Literacy, enhance its scope.

Your commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive educational environment is vital, and we're excited to have you as part of this community. Welcome to the IDEAS Toolbox!
