When Girl Scouts turn in cash or checks for order card sales, credit them in M2OS:

📢 Reminder: families can use Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal Friends and Family apps to transfer funds to the troop bank account.

Now that your Girl Scouts have started selling items, remember to complete the 2026 Direct to Troop Form. 

This form is used to capture the delivery address for the Girl Scout delivered snack products and rewards for your troop. These items will ship by Fed Ex the week of November 16. One submission per troop.

All Troops that sell $350 or more in Fall items will receive access to a BONUS cookie booth lottery. Your troop can score an early booth timeslot with selections opening on January 11, before the traditional lottery runs. Already sold $350+ in items? You are all set! Not quite there? You've still got time! 

Senior and Ambassador Girl Scout troops have the opportunity to opt out of rewards to receive an additional 3% in troop proceeds earning them 18% for each product sold. 

To opt out of rewards, email girlscouts@girlscoutsrv.org and let us know that your troop would like to opt out by October 21. 

There's still time for Girl Scouts to sell at least one item and be automatically entered to win the giant kangaroo!  

When at least one Girl Scout from your troop makes a sale, your troop is entered to win the exclusive Girl Scout green wagon in the photo. 

The first Weekly Winners will be announced on Monday, September 28.

➡️The Girl Scout winner will be posted in the participant notebook in M2.

➡️The troop winner will be posted on the Girl Scouts River Valleys Troop Product Program Managers Facebook and Rallyhood sites.

All winners will also be contacted by email.

Review troops in M2OS against troops in Looker to ensure all active troops are in M2OS and contact us if a troop is missing.

This October, we’re making it easier to get what you need for the new Girl Scout year. Beginning Friday, October 2, the St. Paul Retail Shop will be open to customers on Fridays from 10AM to 2PM, in addition to our regular Retail Shop hours of Tuesdays and Thursdays 10AM to 5PM.

As we navigate this busy back-to-troop season, our Retail team may experience longer processing times. We encourage you to place those orders early and allow extra time for fulfillment. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to support new Girl Scouts and returning troops!
