We're excited to share that Workday testing is progressing and the project team welcomes the addition of new campus testers! To get you pumped up for the launch, we've included a decoder ring (aka helpful handouts) for some frequent Workday lingo. Take a peek and prepare to dive into the future of our systems!

Training sessions:
The campus training journey is underway and includes OspreyRising Ambassador communications, resource handouts, campus demos and videos. Both in-person and virtual training sessions will be available. These sessions will cover everything you need to know about using Workday for tasks like:

- Employees: Accessing paystubs, updating personal information, requesting time off, and more.

Managers: Approving requests, managing team performance, and conducting reviews.
- Interactive resources: In addition to training sessions, we'll provide a library of online resources, including on-demand video tutorials and FAQs.

OspreyRising Decision Sharing Spotlight
The transition to Workday aka “cutover” will include deadlines for entering information in old systems and dates for when we can start entering information into Workday instead. Cutover is closely aligned with fiscal year-end so many key events will be familiar. The Project Team appreciates the campus's cooperation adhering to deadlines as we get closer to go-live!
Cutover Dates:
Many transactions have deadlines prior to these soft and hard freeze dates. Please see the fiscal year end calendar for the most up-to-date information on deadlines for different activities.
