Tree Dedication Marks IUP 150th, Arboretum 25th

A new white oak at the former site of Weyandt Hall (next to Wilson Hall) will be dedicated at 4:00 p.m. today in honor of IUP’s 150th anniversary, the Allegheny Arboretum at IUP’s 25th anniversary, and Earth Day 2026. Join President Michael Driscoll and arboretum officials for this commemorative event.

Doctoral Programs Get National Attention

Find out which IUP doctoral programs were recognized in U.S. News and World Report’s new Best Graduate Schools ranking. This follows recognitions for criminology, nursing, and education programs in the publication’s Best Online Programs list from earlier this year.
