I start my 2023 marketing plan tomorrow to get more listings for my Utah team.
Like I wrote you a last week, we sold 600 homes last year and I would say 70% of those deals were buyers. That’s not ideal.
We’re going all in to get as many listings as possible this year.
The first step is I need to get my new Seller Video Blog Website done.
Frank sent me a few examples in the industry to review before our call tomorrow.
I’m paying attention to the copywriting, SEO, call to actions, and page layout.
I want to take the best parts of all of them and incorporate it all into mine before we drive traffic to it. I'll have a lot more videos on mine as the main differentiator.
This is the marketing questionnaire I’ll answer tomorrow, which I’m reviewing tonight.
I need to nail this so I can get the messaging on-point to say exactly what sellers want to hear (and be able to deliver on it). It’s been years since I’ve done this exercise. :(
