SUU Commencement 2024
We look forward to celebrating the Class of 2024 during commencement ceremonies  and festivities later this month on April 25-26. The traditional Commencement Procession takes place Thursday, at 6:30 p.m., followed by the main Commencement Ceremony at 7 p.m. On Friday, seven College Degree Convocations will take place throughout the day. Flippin' Birds Do It Again!
SUU Gymnastics is back-to-back conference champions after winning the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation title in Sacramento, California, in March. Our team scored an outstanding 196.625, edging out second place UC Davis. Congratulations to our team!

LHM Donates to Mental Health Resources
Foundation Donates for Mental Health Resources
The Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation announced a $850,000 challenge grant to significantly increase mental health resources for SUU students. The matching gift is designed to inspire and encourage additional donations and partnerships to support mental health initiatives for all of our students, whether on campus or online.

Join Us at the Ballpark
We invite you to join your Thunderbird family for a night at the ballpark in both Las Vegas and Salt Lake City this coming June. Our Las Vegas ballgame takes place on Friday, June 14, and our Salt Lake City game is Saturday, June 22. Both games include dinner, game ticket, and fireworks show. We hope to see you!

Launch of VR/AR Classroom
Our campus recently launched a new virtual reality and augmented innovation classroom. The facility offers students hands-on experience in virtual reality and augmented reality content, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including VR and AR headsets and high-end computers and software.

Learn on the Go in Ireland
The College of Humanities and Social Sciences is thrilled to offer a Learn on the Go excursion to Ireland this September 21-29. The travel experience will include eight days exploring urban and rural locations that include time in Dublin, Cork, County Kerry, and Galway. Learn on the Go in Ireland is open to all alumni and friends of SUU.

June-July: BZI Youth Engineering Academy. Half day, week-long camp will enhance your ' problem-solving abilities, logical thinking, and creativty. Various dates available during June and July. See the dates and learn more. 
August 3: SUU Day at Lagoon. Save the date!
October 7-12: SUU Homecoming. Save the date!
