FRANCE

ZimVie France has organized the first edition of "DESCO Talks" on June 20th in Paris. During one hour and a half,  Dr. Anthony Bohbot, Dr. Mickael Samama, Dr. Alice Guyon, Dr. Timothée Gellee and Dr. Jean Lehner were speaking on different clinical topics such as ROG and bone reconstruction with RealGUIDE for an audience of more than 50 health care professionals. 

IBERIA

ZimVie Iberia organized an educational side event  for the Masters of Oral Surgery of the Universities UCV and CEU in Valencia, Spain on June 28th.The training conducted by Dr. Bruno Negri consisted of a theoretical-practical workshop on post-extraction implants in the anterior area.

ITALY 

During the Expodental Exhibition taking place in Rimini, Italy on May 16-18, ZimVie Italy was organizing different workshops at the booth, training clinicians on the use of RealGUIDE® led by our Digital Specialists.  More than 20,000 healthcare professionals participated in this annual event.

UK & IRELAND

ZimVie UK & Ireland sponsored a  RealGUIDE® training event held on June 28th at the L. S. Browne Centre in Ireland! Eleven participants engaged in comprehensive training sessions, enhancing their skills and knowledge while enjoying the picturesque surroundings. The event was marked by high enthusiasm, valuable networking opportunities, and overwhelmingly positive feedback. We thank everyone involved for making this training a memorable and productive experience

CENTRAL AREA

ZimVie Central Area hosted at the ZimVie Institute in Winterthur a group of 17 implantologists from Germany, Switzerland and Austria on April 12-13. With the title "Von nicht erhaltungs-würdigen Zahn bis zum gesetzten Implantat", Dr. Daniel Engler-Hamm and Dr. Uwe Sander covered the principle topics around Implantology for beginners. 

Distributors - Tibia Ltd. Georgia

Our distributor in Georgia, Tibia Ltd., organized a ZimVie Day titled "GBR to Implantology and Sinus Lift Procedures" on April 20th in Tbilisi, Georgia. Dr. Marco Ronda was dedicating the whole day  presenting GBR cases with our ZimVie Regenerative portfolio for an audience of around 100 participants.

Distributors - Oftal. C -  Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro

Our Authorzied ZimVie distributor in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegonvina and Montenegro, Oftal C gathered around 200 participants in the "Balkan Implant Forum" taking place in Belgrade, Serbia on May 31st and June 1st. International speakers such as Prof. Rodrigo Neiva (USA), Prof. Piotr Majewski, (Poland) Dr. Marco Ronda (Italy), Dr. Alejandro Prieto (Spain), Dr. Viraj Patel (UK), Dr. Marko Magic (Serbia) and Dr. Mihali Sorin (Romania) demonstrated the evidence and reliability of  our ZimVie products in their clinical cases during the lectures and hands-on.

Distributors -  Salutalb - Albania

Salutalb who is our ZimVie distributor in Albania, sponsorized The 12th National Conference on Medical Sciences taking place in Tirana on May 10-12. Prof. Dimitar Filtchev lectured on Implantology and Digital Flow. Attendees from all over the country participated and enjoyed the lectures in 20 pararell halls. During these days a dental, medical and pharmaceutical fair was also held.

Distributors -  Manodent - Croatia

On June 21 – 22, 2024 ZimVie Institute has been running a course for the Balkan region, we were hosting 14 participants. Prof. Dimitar Filtchev (Bulgaria) and Dr. Luka Lubina (Croatia) were running this course and transmitted the newest technology in digital dentistry and treatment options for full arch cases.

Distributors - Implacom - The Netherlands

Another successful ZimVie Institute cadaver course in cooperation with our Distributor Implacom for the Zimmer Legacy in the Netherlands  hosting a group of Dutch clinicians in Cremona Italy. Dr. Martijn Kerver and Dr. Jos Deurloo were leading this great hands-on course on June 13-14.

Distributors - Advanced IMPCO - Lebanon

The Barcelona Headquarters facility was the selected venue for the two-day lecture and hands-on course organized by our distributor Advanced IMPCO for the Zimmer Legacy from Lebanon. The event was supported by the ZimVie distributor and ZimVie Institute team. Prof. Berberi and Dr. Nader were leading the course and Vanesa Alvaro, Alejandro Fernández and David Bañuelos contributed with different product trainings adding more value to the event. 

Distributors - Sitea - Romania

Our first ZimVie Institute course in collaboration with our official ZimVie Distributor SITEA in Romania has been a sold out course on June 13 – 14. Clinicians from Romania where able to practice advanced implant dentistry with digital approach led by Prof. Sorin Mihali and Prof. Alexandru Burcea in Romanian language.
