SUU Doubles Enrollment
SUU Enrollment Doubles in a Decade
We recently celebrated a significant milestone in our history: our student population has doubled in size over the past ten years, now reaching an all-time high of 15,444; a 2.7% increase from last fall. Additionally, enrollment is projected to continue to grow and surpass 16,000 by end of Fall 2024 semester, a noteworthy 3% increase.

Meet Student Body President Colter Bennett
Colter Bennett, a senior finance major from Layton, Utah, brings a wealth of campus involvement experience to his position as student body president having served with Presidential Ambassadors, the Student Alumni Association, and Thundercrew. And he is focused on assuring the student voice is heard, increasing wages for on-campus student workers, and promoting networking with alumni through SUUConnect

LHM USG Schedule
LHM Utah Summer Games Releases 2025 Calendar
The Larry H. Miller Utah Summer Games has announced its tentative calendar for the 2025 event season. The calendar includes the addition of new sports such as 7-on-7 football, girls high school flag football and youth flag football. The organization will also co-sanction a figure skating event in the Salt Lake City area in February.

Engineereing Accreditation
Civil Engineering Program Receives Accreditation
Our civil engineering program recently received accreditation from the Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET), a non-governmental nonprofit organization that accredits engineering and engineering technology programs worldwide. ABET accreditation is the gold standard for engineering licensure.
