We are getting closer to launching Ski & Ride School in the My Epic App!

When guests download and utilize the My Epic App for Ski & Ride School they will benefit from a smoother check-in process, receive real-time updates and photos during their own or their child’s group lesson, and enjoy personalized skill and progression tracking afterward.

We have numerous resources available to help drive engagement with the My Epic App with Ski & Ride School guests, making it easier for guests to stay informed and engaged throughout their visit. Your support in encouraging guests to use the My Epi App for Ski & Ride School will help create a more seamless and memorable experience for everyone.

Prior to Arrival in Resort

Pre-Arrival

Resort Landing Pages:
- Dedicated landing pages for Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, and Keystone are live and packed with helpful information for guests to explore.
Pre-arrival Email: Once guests have booked a qualifying group lesson product, they will receive a pre-arrival email designed to guide them through the next steps.
- Here is what the email includes:
  - Download Instructions for the My Epic App
  - Key Benefits Guests Will See:
    Seamless digital check-in
    Real-time lesson updates and photos
    Skill progression tracking
    No additional cost when using SRS functions in the My Epic App – all features are included

In Resort Arrival

On-Site Awareness & Support

Signage- Highlighting the benefits of downloading the My Epic App will be placed at:
- Guest check-in areas
- Learning zones and base areas
Staff Training - Product Sales and Service’s Staff Training:
- Staff will be trained to assist guests with:
- App download and setup
- Identifying qualifying lesson products
- Explaining app features and value
- Basic navigational assistance
