As part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening the staff experience, we are launching a series of staff listening sessions beginning Monday, Aug. 24. These sessions are an opportunity for staff members across the university to share candid feedback about working at Tulane and to help inform future improvements.

An independent external partner will facilitate the sessions, which will be conducted in small groups. Participants will be invited to discuss their experiences, including what Tulane does well, the challenges they encounter, and the opportunities they see for making Tulane an even better place to work.

Feedback will be shared with university leadership in summary form, focusing on common themes and insights rather than individual comments.
- No preparation is required. We simply ask that you bring your perspective and experiences.
We know that listening is only valuable when it leads to understanding and action. While not every concern can be addressed immediately, we are committed to carefully considering the feedback we receive and communicating what we learn through this process.
