Digital Connectivity Technology Program |

Round two applications are open! Please submit completed applications by May 30, 2025.
Review the updated FAQs and the new webinar featuring round one grant recipients who provided insight into their experience applying for the program and how it has benefited the communities they serve.

Broadband Ready Communities Program |

Review the BBRC program guidelines.
- Select a Municipal Broadband Champion to act as the contact point.

Complete the short registration online.
- Submit a Resolution via email. (samples provided in the appendix of the guidelines)

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but don’t wait to participate!
The mission of the BBRC Program is to encourage the reduction in procedural, policy, and permitting barriers to broadband deployment at the municipal level and to encourage broadband infrastructure investment within participating PA communities.

1. CPF: Broadband Infrastructure Program (BIP) |
- Please complete project schedule using new monthly reporting template, which was emailed to subgrantees
- We have started preparations for public events with marketing and public relations teams
- We look forward to connecting with each subgrantee during monthly 1:1 meetings

2. CPF: Multi-Purpose Community Facilities (Facilities) Program |
- Monthly progress reports are due via e-mail every month.
- Office hours are now scheduled bi-weekly. These will take place on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month at 2:00 PM.
