You Did It!
Take a deep breath. You made it. You've met the demands of the fall semester, adapted to the unexpected closure, and mastered the challenges of remote learning and exams. As you close your books and step away from the screens, the Medical Library wishes you a safe, restful, and joyful holiday break. May this time be filled with the warmth of family, the laughter of friends, and the peace of well-deserved relaxation. You've earned it. 

We look forward to supporting you again in the new year. Until then, be well. 
 
Library Building Hours
Kresge and the Medical Library are scheduled to reopen on Monday January 5, 2026. 
  • Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 11:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday - Sunday: 10:0 AM - 6:00 PM

A Look Back: 2025 Medical Library Open House

What an incredible turnout for our 2025 Open House! We were thrilled, and pleasantly surprised, by the number of students, faculty, and staff who joined us to enjoy a bite to eat and to connect with our team. Attendees enjoyed swag, prizes, and our book giveaway. Thanks for making the event a vibrant success.

1. Your stomach gets a new lining every 3-4 days to prevent it from digesting itself with its own acid.

2. You're taller in the morning than at night because the cartilage between your bones compresses throughout the day. 

3. The acid in your stomach is strong enough to dissolve stainless steel (but please do not test this!).
