From completed projects to a successful fundraiser, it’s been an impactful few months at HomeAid Colorado. We recently celebrated a successful Growlers, Grapes & Spirits, our annual fundraiser, bringing our community together for a fun evening in support of our mission. We also have several projects underway, with some nearing completion while others are just beginning development. Our most recent completed project was six townhome renovations at BeyondHome, creating safe, comfortable homes for families working toward self-sufficiency.
The momentum continues with several Care Days planned this fall, giving our partners more opportunities to make a hands-on impact. And with the holiday season just around the corner, we’re also looking ahead to Colorado Gives Day and the season of giving. We’re grateful for all the ways our community continues to show up and support our work.

We are incredibly grateful to Taylor Morrison and Westside Investment Partners for partnering on the 2027 HomeAid Colorado Benefit Home at Dawson Trails in Castle Rock. This unique project will bring together partners across the homebuilding industry to donate labor, materials, and expertise to support the home's construction. Once completed, proceeds from the home's sale will directly support a HomeAid Colorado project that will benefit and serve the local community.

Construction begins later this year, and we can’t wait to share more as this exciting project comes to life. Stay tuned!

Six New Homes for Families |

We recently celebrated the completion of renovations on six townhomes at BeyondHome, creating safe, comfortable homes for families working toward stability and self-sufficiency.
With Milender White serving as Builder Captain, our building industry partners generously donated labor and materials to help make these renovations possible. Special thanks to CNC Electrical, Colorado Floorworks, Colorado Floor Company, KO Doors, and Perfection Painting for their contributions to the project.

Thank You for Supporting Growlers, Grapes & Spirits! |

On September 10, we hosted Growlers, Grapes & Spirits, our annual fundraiser. Not only did we have a great time tasting local beer, wine, and spirits alongside delicious curated food pairings, but we are also incredibly grateful to everyone who raised their paddle in support of our mission.

One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was sharing the story of Mountain States Children’s Home through a video shot and produced by Norris Design, who generously donated their time and talent to help bring this story to life. Hear firsthand how MSCH provides a safe, stable home and the support young people need to build brighter futures. If you haven't had a chance to hear their story or would like to watch it again,

Guild for Good Golf Invitational - Benefiting HomeAid Colorado |
|
|
|
|
We were honored to be selected by Guild Mortgage as a charitable beneficiary of this year’s Guild for Good Golf Invitational. The HomeAid Colorado team enjoyed spending the day meeting the players and sharing more about the work we’re doing in the community.
The tournament raised an incredible $19,600 to support our work creating safe, comfortable homes and community spaces for individuals and families seeking support.
Partnerships like this are such a meaningful way for companies and organizations to bring their teams together while making a difference in the community. Thank you to Guild Mortgage and everyone who participated!
