Trauma-informed care has become a commonly used term across a variety of fields and disciplines, with its application expanding beyond clinical settings into education, workforce development, behavioral health, and social service systems (Nguyen-Feng et al., 2025). More recently, healing-centered frameworks have emerged to emphasize collective healing, contextual realities, holistic approaches, and strengths-based engagement (Ginwright, 2018; Johnson et al., 2024).
