Update on Timely Warning Issued on November 7, 2023:
On Nov. 8, 2023, officers from the Sacramento State Police Department arrested the person suspected of arson in the timely warning issued on Nov. 7. These arsons occurred outside at Riverview Hall.
The suspect was identified as Santigie Kabia. Officers located Kabia near Howe Avenue and Folsom Boulevard. Kabia was arrested and booked into Sacramento County Main Jail on suspicion of committing two counts of arson.
This remains an ongoing investigation, and we are working together with CalFire. The Sacramento State Police encourage witnesses with information regarding this investigation to contact the dispatch center at 916-278-6000.
