What's changed with Compliance Training? The university transitioned to a new compliance training platform over the summer. Students will continue to access their required compliance trainings through the Compliance Training — Students and Student Staff tile at login.pugetsound.edu. CES will assign required trainings when necessary.
Students will be asked to complete Discrimination Awareness in the Workplace training annually. This frequency is a change from previous requirements, so please work with your student staff members to ensure that they are in compliance. If students worked on campus over the the summer, they may have already completed their training for this year. Please have students print their certificates of completion and keep them in your records for the duration of the student's employment.
What are the employment dates for the 2023–24 year? Unless otherwise requested and approved, students will be set up with the following employment durations for the 2023–24 year. Please always check your Student Job & Earnings page in myPugetSound for exact dates of employment for each of your student staff members.
