Dr. Liang Zheng, assistant professor in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center, is advancing our understanding of thrombosis and blood disorders through innovative disease‑model research. His work bridges fundamental biology and clinical impact, with the goal of improving diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment for patients with rare but serious thrombotic conditions.
