What if everyone could win during tough conversations? It's possible with the right mentality, words, phrases, and skills to use. Let's think bigger about what "winning" means by learning new skills to guide hard conversations toward beneficial outcomes for everyone. A streaming option will be available, however participants are encouraged to attend in person.
