About this newsletter: The Consumer Voice is produced by the National Consumer Advisory Board (NCAB), a membership network of the National Health Care for the Homeless Council. NCAB brings together people who have experienced homelessness to be involved the governance of Health Care for the Homeless projects across the country. The Consumer Voice publishes quarterly and is distributed by NCHCH to Council members who have opted in to receiving it.
