Wed., March 5 | 1:00 pm CT

Health centers prioritize the physical safety of their staff and patients, but psychological safety is equally important, and its absence can threaten a stable workforce and the well-being of patients.

Is it safe to make a mistake in your health center? Is it possible to communicate concerns about a superior or question a policy or procedure? Are staff encouraged to express themselves and show up? What healthy boundaries support psychological safety in your organization?

Explore and discuss the topic of psychological safety in this webinar.
