Build Your Skills as a CC Supervisor with Lead at CC

As a supervisor, your leadership plays an important role in shaping employee engagement, performance, and the overall workplace experience. Lead at CC, Colorado College’s in-house leadership development program, offers opportunities to build practical leadership skills through self-paced and live learning experiences. The Supervisor Experience is part of Lead at CC and is designed specifically for Colorado College employees with formal supervisory responsibilities.

Across four in-person sessions, participants will explore:

  • Supervisor responsibilities and expectations
  • Building employee engagement and trust
  • Coaching and feedback techniques
  • Decision-making and change management
  • Conflict resolution and psychological safety

Eligible participants:

  • Have formal supervisory responsibility for at least one CC employee
  • Have completed the Leadership Foundations eLearning journey by Monday, Aug. 31
  • Must complete the program application by Monday, Aug. 31
  • Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)

In-person session schedule:

  • Session 1: Monday, Sept. 14, 1:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Session 2: Wednesday, Sept. 23, 1:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Session 3: Wednesday, Sept. 30, 1:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Session 4: Wednesday, Oct. 7, 1:30-4:30 p.m.

Participants must attend all four sessions.
