- It is with heartfelt gratitude that I give this shout-out to Major Melody Reives of Franklin Military Academy. As an instructor, she embodies the true meaning of academic excellence for her students. Major Reives has shown my son and me that his success, as well as the success of all of her students, is of the utmost importance to her. Her actions and encouragement make them want to do their best. “Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.” - Benjamin Franklin. Thank you, Major Reives!
- This is a shout-out to our Teacher of the Year, Mrs. Lisa Jackson, at Fairfield Court Elementary for going above and beyond to support our new teachers. Whether it's someone on her grade level or another grade she is ready to assist to continue building the climate & culture at FCES! We appreciate you!
- I want to shoutout the amazing students at Fairfield Court Elementary! Despite the numerous obstacles they face daily, our kids come to school ready to learn and do so with a smile on their face! I have witnessed so much growth in each and every one of them this year, and cannot wait to see what the future holds for them! Keep soaring, Eagles!
- Shout-out to Luke who helps manage Enroll RPS! He is such a champ – so responsive, thorough, and kind. Thanks, Luke!
- Mrs. K. Perry at Albert Hill Middle School makes math fun! She convinced the 6th graders to buy into math concepts by wearing two different shoes to school. My son was all in, loving the quirky challenge and thinking about math concepts in a whole new way! Thanks for your creativity and the energy you bring to 6th grade math at Albert Hill, Mrs. K. Perry!
- I'd like to send a huge shout-out to Assistant Principal Nakisha Winston at GH Reid Elementary!!!! Thank you for your support, guidance, leadership, and most importantly, for always keeping us laughing. Your positive attitude uplifts everyone day in and day out. We love you, Mrs. Winston!!!
- Shout-out from the rooftop! Our math specialist, Carmen Brown, not only helps with all things math and Eureka, but jumps in to help whenever and wherever. Ms Brown is kind, patient, and amazing with the students. We are fortunate to have her as part of our team at Munford! Thank you, Carmen!!
- Shout-out to Brittany Hicks, Lakeshia Leach, and Mrs. K at G.H. Reid Elementary for planning and coordinating a phenomenal schedule of events for our Black History Month Celebration! #GHRBHM23
