| Shelley Zumwalt started her state service almost a decade ago in an entry level position as a budget analyst at the Office of State Finance overseeing the Health and Human Services Cabinet. She has held many positions in the years since that start including serving the Office of the Governor as Public Affairs Director and as Chief of Communications and Strategic Engagement for the Oklahoma Health Care Authority. Her most recent position before coming to OESC was as the Chief of Innovation for the Office of Management and Enterprise Services.

Welcome from the President

Dear Rotarians,
Service Above Self. From the day we become Rotarians, we immediately become familiar with the Rotary motto. Its origin is traced to 1911 at the second Rotary convention, held in Portland, Oregon, where the phrase was inspired. Today those three words connect us to 1.2 million other Rotarians in more than 35,000 clubs around the world.
At the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City, service is at the center of everything we do. We are proud to be the oldest and largest civic club in Oklahoma. More importantly, our commitment to service gives us the ability to be the most impactful.

2021-22 Committee Selection Form
So far, 245 Rotarians have made their committee choices for the 2021-22 year. There are more than 40 committees that provide avenues of service. As a member of Club 29, please consider signing up for at least a couple of committees that are a good fit for you and your interests. Serving on committees is easy, and the work is meaningful and fun! If you have questions about what a specific committee does, each grouping has a link to a description of the committee work
