NASHVILLE, Tenn – Singer-songwriter, and indie country-soul recording artist Tyler Conti (Impact Records) has announced the scheduled release of his poignant new single, “Love From A Son”* (purposefully and appropriately fitting to align with Father's Day).
Penned by Conti alongside Damon Mintz and Judd Mintz, and produced by Dave Baker, the single will be available Friday, June 14, 2024 via all major digital retail and streaming outlets; with the presale/pre-save event beginning May 31, 2024.
A personal testament to Conti's journey and walk in faith, the emotional, engaging, ebb and flow sway tune draws on the depth and beauty of life transitions and the passage of time from spring and autumn, to twilight.
Each poetic verse takes the listener nearer to the circle of life guided by a heavenly light.
Verse One: A young soul at the threshold of adulthood endures fragility in the threatened loss of his father who's contemplating death
Verse Two: A taste of life's pleasure in becoming a new father to a newborn son
Verse Three 3 (a double entendre): The spiritual beauty and power of walking in faith–in the light of The Son, Jesus.
"The storyline reflects on important chapters in Tyler’s life and the perspective of how a son’s love can save you. Tyler's forgiveness and love toward his father saved his father's life. Loving his own son saved Tyler's life, and Tyler's love from The Son (Jesus) saved him," said co-writer Damon Mintz in summation.
"Damon opened up the writing session to read my life story back to me," introduced Tyler Conti. "The conversation was both painful and enlightening, and helped me to recall the tough times and the amazing experiences throughout my life journey. The absence of my dad as a role model in my teens, becoming a father and being the provider, protector and caregiver that I want to be for my young son; and how God, my father, has had a hand in all of it to renew my faith and guide me through every step of the way. 'Love From A Son' is one of the most emotional songs I've ever recorded."

Vibey R&B, Motown rhythms paired with Conti's soulful freestyle vocals complemented by chill guitar licks make for an easy-does-it listen. Subtle organ chords cradle the track throughout as a backing presence while the wah guitar solo vamps to the bridge that opens to make space wide open for the gospel chorus to elevate the sentiment.
"I wrote the chords and the melody, and Dave produced it just like I heard it, but with some added swag that I just love," added Conti. "The vibe is Jimi Hendrix meets the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and the spirit of the track is brought to life with a Gospel chorus."

ABOUT TYLER CONTI
Tyler Conti is a faith-driven, down-to-earth, family man that cultivated a successful career as a sought-after songwriter and captivating entertainer early on.
The Portland, Oregon native joined forces with twin brother, Taylor, in his mid-twenties, the combined extraordinary talents of The Conti Brothers caught the attention of famed, Grammy award-winning music producer and hit songwriter, David Foster (Chicago, Kenny Rogers, Celine Dion, Toni Braxton Neil Young) who signed the duo to his 143 Records imprint (an independent boutique label under the Warner Bros. umbrella) in 2002. While the working relationship skyrocketed the siblings’ professional careers, Tyler ultimately departed the label in 2005 with concentration to pursue his solo endeavor.
The talented songwriter, Tyler Conti, was quick to make his mark. He scored No. 1 hits with songs recorded by Charlie Wilson (“One I Got” and “No Stoppin’ Us”) and Smokey Robinson ( “All Of My Love”); he toured with labelmates Michael Buble’ and Josh Groban performing on stages in England, France, Canada and Spain. Turning toward a genre that called to him, Conti reset his course as fitting, in both character and cadence. He signed a solo deal with Impact Records in October 2023 and has spent the last several months traveling between his home state and Music City, Nashville to write and record a country music project (featuring tracks such as “Take The Country,” “Lonely Road,” “Love From A Son,” and “Grandma’s House In The Woods”).
