Trump Admin To Implement Treasury's Financial Inclusion Strategy |
Last week, Cleve Mesidor attended the official release of the Financial Inclusion Strategy during the Financial Literacy and Education Commission Public Meeting. Treasury Secretary Janet L.Yellen noted that partnerships will be important during implementation of the five objectives. Leaders of key stakeholder groups touted the strategy during a panel moderated by Natalia Li, Director of the Office of Consumer Policy at Treasury.
In 2025, the incoming Trump Administration will oversee the implementation phase to help foster financial access.

Crypto PACs Help Advance Nemesis Senator Elizabeth Warren |
Crypto PACs were instrumental in the loss of Ohio Senator Sherrod Brown, the top Democrat on the Senate Banking Committee. Ironically, Senator Elizabeth Warren, who declared war on the crypto industry, will now advance to be the top Democrat on Senate Banking Committee.
She is already getting started. This week, Senator Warren will lead a Subcommittee hearing looking at "Tax Policy in 2025: Implications for the American Economy Economic Policy" on November 20.
