ITALY MEETS MOROCCO
Our La Fiermontina Family Collection was founded by the Filali siblings to celebrate the places connected to their grandmother Antonia and great-uncle Enzo Fiermonte – from their native Puglia to Paris and Morocco.

Guests can discover the story of the freespirited Antonia, a woman from the South of Italy, who lived a life filled with art and adventure crossing different cultures, and Enzo who was a successful boxer.
The collection is promotes the idea of travel as an enriching experience and a form of virtuous cultural exchange, which, in turn, gives rise to a new culture of respect, exchange and dialogue.

LA FIERMONTINA - PUGLIA, ITALY
La Fiermontina in Lecce, Italy is an old XVII century masseria featuring 15 rooms plus three recently added Suites à Coté, all enriched by art pieces and surrounded by an olive grove in the shade of the ancient city ramparts, with outdoor pool and the new Zephyr Restaurant.
The family's M.A.M.A. Museum, just a stone’s throw away in Vico Raynò, is part of the Apulia Region’s museum network and displays around 50 pieces from the family’s private modern art collection: including paintings by grandmother Antonia Fiermonte, sculptures and drawings by René Letourneur and Jacques Zwobada, as well as pieces by local and international artists.

PALAZZO BOZZI CORSO - PUGLIA, ITALY
The luxurious and charming Palazzo Bozzi Corso is situated just a stone’s throw from the Basilica di Santa Croce in the center of Lecce with 10 suites.
Erected in 1775, it is today dedicated to the memory of Enzo Fiermonte, world-famous boxing champion and great-uncle to the current owners Antonia and Giacomo Filali.
Within its walls one can breathe the art that accompanies the history of the Fiermonte Family. Every suite tells a story, beginning with that of the two artists Zwobada and Leturneur whose works of art can be admired in every hall, through to Fernand Léger and even John Lennon and Yoko Ono (the latter a personal friend of the owners’ mother). The interiors exude a totally unique style, a perfect marriage of classical and contemporary design, with bespoke furniture alongside notable pieces by Sottsass, Gio Ponti, Mackintosh and Le Corbusier.
The Palazzo boasts an elegant rooftop terrace with plunge pool and an extraordinary view over the city of Lecce, with its many bell towers, picturesque buildings and unforgettable sunsets. An indoor wellness area is also available, featuring a natural stone hydromassage pool, a relaxarium and a massage room where to indulge in personalised treatments and wellness activities.
The property also comes with a beautiful private garden where guests can enjoy breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

LA FIERMONTINA VENDOME - PARIS, FRANCE
Located in the middle of the most exclusive and historical square in Paris, La Fiermontina Vendôme is an elegant and unique XVIII century apartment (watch Sir.J's video tour above!). This beautiful 208-square-meter residence, palpably Parisian in its period opulence, once belonged to the Rothschilds, powerful dynasty of art-loving bankers who were good friends of René Letourneur, the owner’s grandfather.
The residence’s prestige is enhanced by the collection of rare artistic pieces belonging to the owner’s family, including amongst others pieces by Modigliani, Francis Bacon and Chaissac. With its elegance and two big windows overlooking the impressive Place Vendôme, the vast salon offers a quiet and comfortable space for guests to read, work and relax in. This beautiful room is enriched by Versailles flooring, a period marble fireplace and gold-leaf décor. The ample size and charm of the adjoining dining room make it ideal for business lunches; or for romantic dinners, thanks to its panoramic view.

La Fiermontina Ocean will open its doors in June 2023: an eco-retreat in Morocco, where luxury meets the local values and authenticity.
On the wild, sun-drenched and windswept Larache coast, with its deserted beaches and untouched bays, its ocean-facing dunes and hidden natural gems, La Fiermontina Ocean has a magnetic energy. Here the luxury of the experience is to be part of a respectful and supportive kind of hospitality; an eco-retreat that wants to protect natural landscapes, the people that live in them and give hope to the inhabitants of the remote villages of Dchier and Tcharouah e Mezgalef.
The Filali family's history began in Italy, traveled to France through their maternal grandmother, then continues to Morocco, the country of origin of their paternal grandfather. In 1955, Antonia Fiermonte, a catholic painter and violinist, meets the cadi Thami Filali in Fez, her daughter Anne’s father-in-law. A judge of Islamic Law and one of the most respected men in town, he welcomes her with a great celebration. The artist and the cadi - albeit from two very different worlds - paved the way for their grandchildren’s future journey. This started with the birth of the Orient-Occident Foundation, created with the aim to facilitate intercultural dialogue and integration, and continues today with La Fiermontina Ocean.
