Five years ago, we began a weekly program on Instagram called Living Prayer, inviting women guests to share some of their stories and then praying all together with our audience in real time for the mission of Young Life. Since then, we have welcomed over 240 Women Who Love Young Life and have had listeners join us from across the country and around the world! We love what the Lord is up to in the lives of women, in all places, and for His Kingdom. Join us and be encouraged each Monday at 9am PT / 12pm ET on Instagram @womenwholoveyl.

Jean Park first learned about Young Life as an adult some years back when she and her family lived in Houston and a friend of hers was a local volunteer leader. Since then, she has become involved in several areas of the mission. She serves on the Global Cities Board to help YL think about how to reach kids in the largest and most influential cities in the world. Last spring, she attended The Getaway (women's giving circle) in Austin, TX with friends and continues to be encouraged by so many mission leaders who tirelessly love young people because they were once pursued and loved in this same way.
Jean said this about Young Life: "I don't know of a ministry who does relational ministry better. Whether it be YL in London or Bogota, young people are known by caring adults and get an opportunity to know Jesus because of the sacrificial work of YL leaders. This is what gives me hope for the future." Jean works as a therapist and coach, and currently lives in New York City where she and her husband, David, of 17 years are raising three teen sons.
