Sunday, 2/4 at 11:30am: Explore Your Heart Chakra w/Yin Yoga: This class will begin as a slow moving Yin practice with long holds and stretches. Yin is meditative and introspective. You will then be guided to explore your Heart Chakra. Your Heart Chakra will help you to connect with love, kindness and compassion for yourself. You will leave feeling ready to pave the way to harmony.
Saturday, 2/10: Free Guest Day: Invite your local friends, family, and co-workers for a free workout on 2/10, exclusively for local guests.
Saturday, 2/10 at 9:15am: Heart Health Community Boot Camp: Get motivated and inspired through this cardio and strength workout offered outside of the club. You’ll leave feeling empowered and energized!
Thursday, 2/15 at 6:30pm: Heart-Pumping Sip/Spin Class: Instructors Laura and Megan will guide you through beat-based drills and plenty of tap-backs to get those legs burning. Enjoy the endorphin boost and treat yourself to post-workout wine tastings from some of Napa's local vintners.
Wednesday, 2/21 at 7pm: Yoga to Calm the Heart & Soul: A special evening practice of relaxing breathing exercises and yoga movements. All levels welcome.
Tuesday, 2/27 at 6pm: Community Dance Party: Work on your cardiovascular health while moving your body to the beat. You will learn heart-pumping dance steps and routines set to Latin and International music. Dance your way into a great workout!
