Rewards Shipping to Communities the Week of May 19 |
After the rewards arrive, your Community Product Leader will need time to count and pack your items, and will connect with you when they are ready for pickup. Check in with them to see if help is needed in sorting and packing the items.
Before picking up your troop’s items, login to Smart Cookies to print your rewards report. Go to Reports>Current> Recognition Order Summary by Troop. Use your copy to verify the counts of each item with your Community volunteer.
The initial order Toast YAY patch (below) will not appear in your Smart Cookies reports. Use the 2025 Initial Order Patches by Community-Troop report to review if your Troop earned this patch. Patches were provided one per girl selling in the Troop.
Distributing Rewards to Girl Scouts |
Log into Smart Cookies>Reports>Current and print a copy of the Recognition Order Summary by Girl Report to distribute the items. Schedule a day/time for caregivers to verify the totals and pick up the rewards. Have the caregiver sign your copy of the Recognition Order Summary report to acknowledge they have received all items. See the April 24 Cookie Press for details on the reward items for girls that sold 700+ packages.
Cookie Credits, Juliette Program Credits, and Happy Camper Coupons |
Cookie Credits and Juliette Program Credits are issued on a physical card. Cards will be mailed to the Girl Scouts’ address on file with Girl Scouts River Valleys the week of May 19-26. Share this information for families so they can watch for them in the mail.
The 2025 Happy Camper Coupon from the 850 package level is an electronic code that will be emailed to the Girl Scout’s primary caregiver on May 15, along with instructions on how to redeem this code for a 2025 resident camp session or council-approved Community Day Camp.
Cookie Crossover Personalized Patches |
The Cookie Crossover personalized patch (below) will be mailed directly to the Girl Scouts who earned it later this summer. Girl Scouts had to send 17 emails during the Fall FUNDraiser and sell 380+ packages of cookies to earn this patch.
Girl Scout Day at Valleyfair Information |
For troops that chose this option as their reward at the 500 PGA level here's what you need to know:
- The Troop's primary contact will receive an email directly from Valleyfair with all of your troops' tickets on June 9 or 10.
- If you need to make any changes to this reward level, the final date to change to Membership Credits is May 27. After this date, we will finalize our ticket purchase with Valleyfair and changes cannot be made.
If you'd like to attend this fun event but didn't earn the reward, click on the button below to purchase discounted tickets and enter the following username and password:

Cookie Program Volunteer Survey |
The annual Cookie Program survey is your chance to share your feedback and experiences with the Product Program Team. Survey results are often used to enhance the volunteer and Girl Scout experience with the program. This survey will be available until June 8. Thank you for taking time to complete this survey and for your feedback.
Final Cookie Press on May 22 |
The next Cookie Press email will be sent on May 22. This will officially wrap up the 2025 Cookie Program!

Rewards Shipments & Reporting Issues by June 13
Rewards ship the week of May 19 to the Community Product Leader listed in your Service Unit tab in Smart Cookies. Shipments will likely include multiple packages. After you have received all packages, follow these steps:
- View the packing list in your shipment and compare your physical counts with the totals on the packing list.
- In Smart Cookies, run your Recognition Summary by Troop Report to view the items/quantity by Troop:
- If you experience miscounts (too few or too many items) or damaged items, report the issue using the Cookie Reward Issue Form. This form is for Community volunteer use only. Any issues must be reported by June 13. For reports received after that date, we cannot guarantee availability of the item(s).
- Set up separate pickup appointments for each Troop.
- Use Signup Genius or a similar platform to schedule appointments.
- Use boxes, grocery bags, or paper bags to pack rewards.
- If you are setting out rewards for multiple Troops at once, label them clearly and leave space between each the items.
- Verify the reward counts with each Troop volunteer and have them sign the Recognition Order Summary by Troop. Trust us, taking time to verify the count will save you headaches in the long run.
